Lots of things happened in one day. We left MSM at 8 and decided to have breakfast in Potorson near MSM. Our Susan (GPS) gave us a tour of corn fields, and barley fields. It was not her fault because I typed in the wrong town...Amyway, we arrived in Potorson 30 minutes later instead of 5 minutes. Got the bread (suisse pain), Saarh got some strange looking break that wad filled with chocolate, we took our breakfasts to a cafe and sat outside to do some people watch.
We drove to Rennes for lunch and a great wall a round the city (another charming city), had crepes for lunch and drove to Redon for the TDF.
TDF was an incredible event, well worth the wait. People were relaxed and enjoying themselves - lots of free stuff being thrown at us (we got some sausages, hats, chocolate etc...)
Drove to Laval for dinner and rest for the night (lovely hotel, Mimi would definitely approved) - 11 o'clock at night and the sun was still out????
Next stop, Paris for the fashion week!
