Day 2 of Basel, Swiss - Checked in at the Hilton in Basel, Yutaka came in from Germany to see us and stay with us. The city is on the Rhein river and quite breath taking, the food is....???? so expensive compare to France. They use Swiss Franc here which is a tiny bit less than Euros (1 E = 1.08 Swiss Franc).
A lot of walking because the hotel is less than 1 kilometer from the old town. Tomorrow, we are heading South to Lucern, Swiss and Milan all in one day. The Swiss Alps is supposed to be beautiful.
